This relates not only to a good reputation and a flawless police certificate of good conduct but also – and that especially speaks for VGM – of human aspects. Prospective VGM employees, who passed the selection process, will finish the basic course at the VGM Academy prior to their first deployment. This basic course is designed to prepare the candidates for their later use in the security field and represents the first part of basic training. Only when the basic course has been completed successfully will prospective candidates be employed and trained according to their area of operation and receive regular advanced training. One can only fully rely on qualified staff.
