Generation of security concepts, access control, cashier duties, steward services, stage security, patrol services, VIP liaison and support, grounds security, traffic services and other services.
Our cashier services are performed by trained cashiers in portable cashier cubicles.
Securing of the event grounds outside operating times are done by our dog handlers with trained police dogs. As additional support to the dog handlers, portable alarm systems can be employed.
Recognition, reporting and averting of dangers and damages from the business and the maintenance of order and security – that is the top priority of factory/plant security.
To meet the demands of these goals, a dangers and weaknesses analysis must be done beforehand. Based on this analysis a security strategy is compiled.

A highly qualified team provides a 24/7 lift emergency call service 365 days of the year and set up a voice communication link inside the lift cabin. This way a real emergency can be determined in seconds.
If there is an emergency, further measures are implemented immediately:
■ Notification of a contact person
■ Notification of a technical emergency service
■ Emergency rescue by tested VGM security staff
These tested VGM security personnel have all completed the TÜV lift technician exam.
The porter and reception service is a company's business card and must therefore meet with the highest demands. VGM employees realises the importance of this responsibility. They receive special training for this position of trust.
